NSFW AI Privacy: What We Store, Keep and Delete

NSFW AI privacy comes down to a few plain questions: what does the site keep about you, for how long, who else sees it, and how do you get it deleted. This guide answers them for OnlyFap as of October 2026, from the product’s behaviour and from our privacy policy and terms, which are the binding documents. Where this page and those documents differ in detail, they win. Where we found the product doing something that the documents describe only briefly, such as the AI chat, we spell it out here.

Everyone on the site must be 18 or older, and every character is an adult. Nothing below is legal advice, and nothing here promises more than the product does.

NSFW AI privacy: what we keep and for how long

The policy also says there are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts, and that the site’s own browser storage holds four things: your session token, your language, your theme and your age confirmation.

Chat: what is kept, and what is not

The chat is the part of the product that holds the most personal material, so it deserves its own section.

Transcripts are kept until you delete the account. We found no automatic expiry on chat history. Deleting a message or a chat hides the text from you; it does not erase it (see the table below). Real erasure of chat text happens when you delete your account.

Memory is visible and editable. The facts a character picks up about you, such as your name, work and likes, sit in a memory panel. You can correct a fact, tell her to forget it or unpin a message you pinned. The panel is free on every plan.

Voice is not recorded. The microphone turns your speech into text in the composer. No audio is kept, and nothing is sent until you press send.

Photos you send her are stored, but not for long. Before a character sees your photo it is re-encoded, which removes location data, and shrunk to at most 2,048 pixels on the long side. It goes through an age check and a check of what it shows. Explicit photos of someone else are refused, and you can send up to 20 a day. An accepted photo is kept in our file storage so she can react to it. If you attach one and never send it, it is deleted after a day. If you delete the chat you sent it in, an hourly cleanup removes it. Deleting your account removes all of them. There is no button to delete a single photo, so deleting the chat is the way.

Staff cannot browse chats at will. Reading chat text is limited to the top admin role, and each read is recorded before the text is shown; if the record cannot be written, the read is refused.

Third parties write her replies. The chat sends the text of your conversation to AI model providers so they can generate her answers. How a provider handles that text is governed by its own terms, and we do not promise more than those terms do. Do not type anything you would not want a service provider to process: no passwords, no card numbers, no identity documents, and nothing about real people that you would not want shared.

Photos you upload and videos we make

A photo you upload to a template is held on our side for about two hours, which is the window the render needs. The rendering provider takes its own copy to run the job and keeps it on its own schedule. The policy states that uploads are not used to train models, are not published and are not shown to other users. The person in an uploaded photo must be you or someone who has given explicit permission, which the builder guide spells out.

Finished videos live in our storage for as long as your plan pays for: 3 months on Basic, 6 on Pro, 12 on VIP. An hourly job deletes expired files from storage and clears the copies at the edge of our content network, and it checks your plan as it stands today, so a lapsed plan shortens the window on videos you already have. Without a running plan the policy gives no storage promise and says a video stays reachable only for hours. Download what you want to keep: the copy you download is yours.

Three different kinds of delete

Deleting your account, step by step

1. Sign in and open the account menu, then choose “Delete account”, the last row.
2. Read the window. It says: your videos, uploaded photos and whole history are erased for good; your email and Telegram stay on file, closed, because that is what keeps the account shut; credits and payments are not refunded and any subscription ends now; the account cannot be restored and the same email or Telegram can never sign up again.
3. Type the word delete and confirm.

What is erased: every generation and the stored file behind it, uploaded photos, funnel previews, feed runs, Studio clips, your credit ledger, your plan and passes, and all chat data: conversations, what each character remembered, closeness scores, the free-message counter and the photos you sent her. Files in storage are removed shortly afterwards in the background.

What stays: the record of what you paid, the commissions and referral records tied to those payments, and the identifying details the account was closed under (email, Telegram id, name, IP addresses and a payout address if you gave one). The policy explains why: they are financial records we are required to keep, and they are what stops a closed account from simply being reopened. The email and the Telegram id are also stored as one-way fingerprints, so a block would survive even if the record were ever removed.

If you want the remaining personal details erased as well, the policy says to write to the privacy contact in it, from the address on the account, and that we will erase whatever we are not obliged to keep. Read the privacy policy for the address and the timing.

Paying: what we see and what we do not

You can pay with Telegram Stars, with crypto, or by card through a hosted payment page, and the checkout shows which options are available to you. We never see or store card numbers and there is no card on file. What we keep of a payment is the rail it came in on, what it was for, the amount, its status and the provider’s reference. A plan is a single payment for one term and does not renew by itself, so nothing is charged later without you buying again.

What a card payment looks like on your bank statement is decided by the card processor, not by this site. If a discreet statement matters to you, a crypto payment does not involve a bank card at all.

Age 18+ and the content rules

The site is for adults. There is an age confirmation when you arrive, and the terms say accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are closed and their balances forfeited. The privacy policy says we delete the personal information held under such an account.

The terms prohibit, with no exceptions for art, privacy or humour:

• anything involving a minor, including synthetic images that appear to depict one;
• using the likeness of a real person without their explicit, informed and current permission, since “celebrity” and “found online” are not consent;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, and anything that is unlawful where you live or where we operate.

An account that breaks those rules is closed and its balance and plan term are forfeited. Every character on the site is an AI-generated adult, and the character builder only offers ages 21 to 55. If you want to report material that breaks the rules, including material that depicts you, the terms give a contact address and treat reports about minors and non-consensual images as a priority.

A short privacy checklist

• Sign in with an email address you are comfortable having on file, and sign out on shared devices: the session token lives in your browser.
• Keep passwords, documents and other people’s details out of the chat.
• Send only photos of yourself, and only ones you are happy to have stored until you delete that chat.
• Download videos you want before their window ends.
• When you are done, delete the account rather than just leaving it: that is the only action that erases your chats.
