Photo to Video AI Porn: A Step-by-Step Guide

Photo to video AI porn in six steps on our site: choose a template, upload one photo of yourself or a consenting adult, set quality and length, and collect the result. Real credit costs, what gets refused and what happens to your photo, checked on 22 October 2026.

Photo to video AI porn works like this: you choose a motion template, upload one photo, and a GPU service animates that photo into a short adult clip, usually in a minute or two. This guide walks through every step on our site, shows what each run costs, and explains what gets refused and why. It was checked against the live product on 22 October 2026. For the bigger picture, including plans and privacy, start with the hub guide, AI porn video generator: how it works and what it costs.

Before you start: who may be in the photo

This comes before the steps because it decides whether you should proceed at all. The photo must show you, or an adult who has given you explicit, informed permission for exactly this use. When you upload, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo and that everyone in it has consented. The terms are blunt about the rest.

  • Anyone under 18, in any context, is forbidden, and so is anyone who looks like they might be.
  • A real person who has not consented is forbidden. Celebrity, public figure and “found online” are not consent.
  • Consent to be photographed is not consent to be animated, and permission for private use is not permission to publish the result.
  • Using sexual material of someone to expose, humiliate, coerce or harass them is forbidden and is a crime in many places.

The law backs this up. In the United States the TAKE IT DOWN Act, signed on 19 May 2025, makes it a federal crime to knowingly publish an intimate “digital forgery” of an identifiable adult without their consent, where the publisher meant to cause harm or harm resulted. It also requires platforms to remove such images within 48 hours of a valid notice, according to the Congressional Research Service summary, checked on 22 October 2026. We are not lawyers, and your local rules may be stricter. If you cannot answer “yes, this person agreed” without hesitating, close the tab.

Photo to video AI porn in six steps

1. Sign in and check your credits

You can browse the catalogue as a guest, but the button says “Sign in to generate” until you have an account. New accounts are normally welcomed with 20 credits. Two pinned templates, Sensual Cowgirl and Blowjob POV v2, charge exactly 20 credits for an account’s first run instead of 30, so the welcome credits cover that first video. Everywhere else the full price applies. You top up at /credits.

2. Pick a template that fits the photo

Open the home page at /, filter by tag, and play the sample clips. The card poster is usually the kind of photo the clip starts from, so it tells you what to look for in your own picture. The three templates below start from three different photos: a seated shot on a bed (Ahegao IRL, 20 credits, offers 5, 7 and 10 seconds), a full-length shot on a beach (Bouncy Walk, 23 credits) and a close selfie outdoors (Sensual Cowgirl, 30 credits, an explicit scene).

The upload sheet gives the rule in one sentence: your photo becomes the first frame, so the closer it sits to the template, the cleaner the result. Match the angle, the framing and the light. A template locked to VIP shows the tier on the card, and a name alone says little about content, so watch the sample before you spend credits.

3. Upload one photo

The sheet takes a JPEG, PNG or WebP of up to 10 MB. It refuses animated files and anything that is not an image, and a video file offered to a photo template is turned back with a message saying so. A photo taken sideways on a phone is stored the right way up. If the file cannot be read, the sheet says to try a different photo. Most templates are built around one person. DUO templates take two photos, one per person, which is covered in DUO templates: two photos in one AI video.

4. Set quality and length

The settings icon opens two choices. Video quality sets how sharp the video is: Low is 720 pixels on the long edge and open to everyone, Medium is 960 and needs Pro, and High is 1020 and needs VIP. Length offers five seconds to everyone, seven seconds from Basic and ten seconds from Pro, but only on templates that carry those lengths. Most are five seconds only. The sheet shows the cost before you press anything. For a template with a 30-credit base price, a run costs:

Length Low 720p Medium 960p High 1020p
5 seconds 30 45 54
7 seconds 45 68 81
10 seconds 60 90 108

Longer clips of 15 and 25 seconds are available as chains: the same template played three or five times, rendered at standard quality and priced as the sum of its shots, so 90 or 150 credits on a 30-credit template. A chain needs an uploaded photo, and you can have three rendering at once. A locked setting does not fail quietly: it opens a window naming the plan that unlocks it.

5. Press Generate and wait

The status moves from Starting to In the queue to Rendering. The sheet says it takes a minute or two and that you can close it and come back. A prompt also offers a Telegram message when the video is ready. Nothing else is needed from you.

6. Collect the result

The finished video appears in My Collection at /collection. From there you can play it, add it to favourites, save it to your device, delete it, or run it again. “Generate in another pose” reopens the same photo in a different scene, but only while the photo is still stored, which is about two hours; after that the card says the photo is gone and asks you to upload it again. If you want words or a voice on top, see AI video captions and voice-over: prices and limits. If you want to cut several results into one edit with music, see AI music video maker: cut your clips to the beat.

What a run costs

The base price is the template’s own price: 30 credits for most five-second templates, 25 or 23 for some, and a few lower. Multiply it by the quality and length steps in the table above. A DUO template adds a flat 15 credits for the second photo. A caption bought with a run adds 5.

In dollars, a 30-credit clip costs about $1.46 if you buy the smallest pack of 350 credits for $16.99, and about $0.75 from the 1,000-credit pack at $24.99, at sticker prices as of 22 October 2026. Card checkout charges a higher total than the sticker, because processing fees are passed on, and the hub guide has the full price tables. VIP templates can be opened without a plan for 24 hours with a Shop pass, which costs 75 credits for one template, and each video then costs its usual price.

Getting a better result from your photo

These are our suggestions, not guarantees. Use a sharp photo with the face and body clearly visible and evenly lit. Match the template: a full-body template wants a full-body photo, and a close-up template wants a close-up. Keep the frame simple, with one person unless the template’s sample shows two. Skip heavy filters. If a result is not what you hoped, try the same photo on a second or third template before changing the photo, since each template reads the picture differently. Before you commit credits, check the sample clip against the pose and angle of your picture.

When a photo is refused or a run fails

Two different things can go wrong, and they read differently. A failed run is a technical problem; the sheet says the generation failed and that your credits have been returned. A refused run is a decision: the photo went through an automated content check and did not pass, and the tile says so without describing what the check looks for. In both cases the credits are returned automatically, and an unused first-run price is given back with them. The tile then offers to try again or to use another photo.

A refusal is not a puzzle to solve. If a photo does not pass, uploading slightly altered versions of the same image will not change the answer, and the terms treat circumventing the safety checks as a breach.

What happens to your photo

The photo is held on our side for about two hours and then dropped. It is sent to the rendering provider that makes the video, and that is the only outside party that sees it. According to our privacy policy it is not used to train models, not published and not shown to other users. The finished video is kept for three, six or twelve months depending on your plan, and the date is shown in your collection. Without a plan there is no promised storage period, so save the video you want to keep. The full policy is at /privacy.

Common questions

Can I use a photo of my partner? Only if they have clearly agreed to this exact use, and not to publishing it. When in doubt, ask.

Why does the sheet not let me start? The usual causes are a missing photo, too few credits, or a setting or template that needs a higher plan.

How long are the videos? Five seconds on most templates, up to ten where a template offers it and your plan allows it, and 15 or 25 seconds as chains.

Does it need an account? Yes. You can browse as a guest, but you need an account to generate.
