Candy AI Alternatives: 5 Options Compared (2026)

Candy AI alternatives are worth a look for three practical reasons: the headline price changes after the first month, plans renew on their own, and extra tokens are sold on top. Candy.ai is still one of the best-known AI girlfriend apps, and it has real strengths, so this page compares it fairly with five other NSFW AI apps. Every figure comes from each company’s own pages, read on 22 October 2026. We run one of the five, OnlyFap, and we say so wherever it matters.

This is a guide for adults 18 and over, for fictional characters or your own photos. We compared published prices and rules, not the quality of anyone’s output. It is a companion to our full ranking of the best NSFW AI apps.

What Candy AI offers and costs

Candy.ai describes itself as an AI girlfriend app with chat, voice, images and video. Its home page says it has over 100 ready-made characters, a “Create My AI Girlfriend” builder, and a free trial. You can join free. Its subscriptions page lists these plans:

The checkout sheet on that page also lists weekly ($5.60) and every-two-weeks ($9.79) billing.

Premium is listed as including the ability to create your own AI girlfriends, generate 18+ images and 18+ videos, a “Full Live Action Experience”, unlimited text messages and 100 tokens per month. The home page says tokens are used across voice, chat, image and video, that more detailed characters use more tokens, and that you can top up. Payments are by Visa, Mastercard and crypto, and the page says the charge appears on a bank statement as “EverAI”. The yearly price is the lowest monthly figure in this comparison, and it is a real advantage if you know you will stay.

Why people look for Candy AI alternatives

These are facts from Candy’s own pages, not reviews:

1. The first-month price is not the price. $9.99 becomes $13.99 from month two.
2. Plans renew automatically. Cancel from settings, but the default is to continue.
3. Tokens are a second bill. 100 tokens a month are included. The pages we read do not say how many tokens an image or a video costs, so you cannot work out a cost per clip before you pay.
4. You may want your own photo, or a different kind of output. Candy’s pages describe generating images and videos of AI characters. They do not describe animating a photo you upload, and we did not find a rule either way.
5. You may want more for free. Candy offers a free account and a trial, but does not state what the trial includes.

The alternatives, one by one

OurDream

OurDream is the closest to Candy in what it does. Its help center lists the Standard plan at $19.99 a month, or $9.99 a month billed as $119.88 once a year, with 1,000 dreamcoins a month. A standard video costs 100 dreamcoins per 5 seconds, so a month buys about 10 clips on the monthly plan. Pick it if you want video longer than a few seconds, since it allows up to 60 seconds. Skip it if you want to upload a photo, because its help center says it does not allow reference photos. Details in OurDream alternatives.

Promptchan

Promptchan’s plans are Free (a daily allowance of Gems, images and chat), Plus at $14.99 a month, Premium at $23.99 and Pro at $33.99. AI video, extend and voice are on Pro only. Pick it if you want to test image generation without paying. Skip it if video is the main point and you do not want the top tier.

OnlyFap

This is our own service, so weigh it accordingly. You choose from 570 templates, supply a photo of yourself or of someone who has given explicit permission, and get a 5-second clip back. A clip costs 30 credits on most templates. Basic is $9.99 for a month with 300 credits, so about 10 clips; Pro is $16.99 for 700 credits and VIP $32.99 for 1,500. Our terms say a plan is one payment for one term and does not renew. There are 38 chat characters, all adults, and a new account gets five free messages. The downsides are on the table too: clips are short, paying by card costs more than the list price ($13.99 for the $9.99 Basic month), 171 templates are VIP-only, and credit packs are sold only to people with a running plan.

Seduced

Seduced says it is built for porn images and videos, not companionship. Its plans page shows Pro, Platinum and Diamond tiers, 30+ image models and clips up to 18 seconds on the top tier. Uploading a face or pose reference needs an eligible paid plan, and the page states that “model verification is required for a real person”. Pick it if you want a generator and no chat. Prices were not visible on the public page, so check at sign-up.

Nomi

Nomi’s home page says it is free to start with no credit card, and offers voice chats and selfies. It describes itself as “unfiltered and uncensored”, which is its claim, not ours. We could not find paid prices on pages that load without an account.

How to choose

• If cost per month matters most and you will stay a year, Candy’s yearly plan has the lowest monthly figure among the prices published here.
• If you want your own photo in motion, you need an app that accepts uploads and has a consent rule. Ours does, with plain terms. OurDream does not accept photos.
• If you want to spend nothing first, Promptchan’s daily allowance and Nomi’s free start are the cleanest options.
• If you want the longest videos, OurDream and Seduced list longer clips than our usual 5 seconds.

Before you switch

1. Read the renewal line. Ours is one payment per term; Candy’s is automatic renewal.
2. Work out the price of one clip, not one month.
3. Check the photo rule. Only upload yourself, or someone who has given explicit permission, and never a minor or a celebrity.
4. Ask what happens to your content if you stop paying. We keep results for 3, 6 or 12 months by plan and you can download anything. OurDream says its images and videos become blurred when you unsubscribe.
5. Check the billing name on your bank statement, since Candy tells you it shows as EverAI.
